Day trading of Mini Dow, E-mini S & P 500, E-mini Nasdaq 100 and SGX Nikkei 225 (21/22/23 Aug 06)

Continuing trading using 5 minutes charts coupled with m20 40 60 and chart patterns with tight stops (sell stops and buy stops) with small profits and losses. Feel that opportunities present themselves from time to time every day. But the problem for me is that time is not enough. Regular trading hours for US futures start from 9:30pm Sin time, usually real market actions happen after this starting point that means I have only 2.5 hours up to 11:59pm Sin time for playing, in and out. But I can stretch to 11:59pm Sin time only and then must go to sleep for office work next day. But I find next day that many good chart setups appear after 11:59pm during my sleeping.

Stopped trading SGX Nikkei 225 future for now since it is not convenient to proceed in the daytime during office work, and I have to focus on SGX stocks trading which are still generating bulk of profits for me.

Comment: Can survive in the index futures market but not easy to make a decent profit for the time being and it is very time-consuming comparing with trading SGX stocks which are analyzed on daily basis instead of on minute basis for futures. Another problem is that my total trading capital allocated into this futures trading account has not been utilized efficiently, meaning, can not trade to a future contract size large enough to use up all the trading capital like trading stocks due to potential tremendous risks if the future contract size is large. This is not possible until I become very confident in trading futures contact in the future.

Idea: Do not give up futures trading so easily. Continue to trade in small quantities to further develop trading skills, increase quantities of contracts gradually when skills become mature and reliable, and in the meantime consider trading Dow 30 component companies for now using similar technical charts and patterns in order to maximise capital return of the trading capital put into this account.
