Rationale for today's selloff
MACD histograms tapering off and unable to exceed recent highs, which implies that upside momentum is being lost especially considering that most indices / stocks trading at around intermediate strong resistances (MA60, the quater MAs, and some even near MA125, the half year MAs!). correction seems likely to have started. I found this rule has been valid for recent 6 months. pls verify with charts!
