I'm all right with the stop-outs because they provide an opportunity for me to convert the proceeds from the stop-outs to cheap ETF's which are more conservative and are suitable for holding for long term. For example, PE of NORW is at 10 now, which means your money can be easily doubled in 10 years' time.
