听昨晚老朽直播分享的收获
1. 相对于股市投资，房产投资比较稳健。
2. 量力而行，从小的投资开始做起。老朽是从 Condo 开始的。
3. 可以拿目前房子的净资产进行买房，比如你目前住的房子。
4. 找租客的时候，尽量找能稳定租你房子的租客。房客每次搬进搬出，对房东来说都是一笔不小的开销。
5. 房屋保险，包括伞险，一定要买。相对于 LLC，这是资产保护的第一步。
